2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 05.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 6614 of 2015.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite Parties Annexure-I whereof being a letter dated 17.01.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3020 of 2015stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case it is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, it may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
