2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the appointment dated - 25/06/2018 issue by the respondent No - 6 and 7 by which appointment of Respondent No - 8 as Aanganbari Sevika of Aanganbari centre No - 317 Ward No - 3, village - Dhanushi Gram Panchayat Dhanushi, Runisaidpur, Sitamarhi has been made or in alternative the respondent No. - 4 may be directed to dispose of the appeal being Aanganbari appeal case No. -

Patna High Court CWJC No.2554 of 2021 dt.28-01-2022 2/2 09/2018 pending before him since last three years without any reason."

Petitioner's appeal Case No. 09 of 2018 is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority, therefore, the Appellate Authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after giving ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and 8th Respondent - Usha Devi.
