Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the I.P.C. and sections 47, 51 and 52 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The owner of the truck in question has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38437 of 2016. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released
