The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020, dated 19.08.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.4936 of 2021(3) dt.09-09-2021 2/2 In view of the accusation made in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail, notwithstanding the fact that now the prosecutrix does not wish to prosecute the petitioner any further. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected. However, if he surrenders before the Court below and seeks bail, the Court below shall consider the case on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail application on his behalf has not been entertained by this Court.

The application stands dismissed.
