2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is squarely covered by by a Full Bench judgment of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11255 of 2016 (Rama Shankar Patel & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).

3. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 5 along with order

Patna High Court CWJC No.10141 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 passed C.W.J.C. No. 11255 of 2016 within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 5 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. If, it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the consequential benefits, the respondents shall grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
