The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, the informant was working in Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. Nawada as a Sangam Manager. On 12.05.2022 informant had gone to collect money from the field and he was returning to Nawada with Rs.181304 and one tablet of Samsung Company, Bio-metric and I.D. Card in a bag. When the informant reached Makhar at 5:30 in the evening and while he was between "Six Mile" and Fulma", two persons came on Apache motorcycle and gave a kick behind informant's motorcycle due to which he became unbalanced and further

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion without there being any material available on record. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 17.05.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
