JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 The petitioner, who is a retired Block Agriculture Officer has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to pay him the arrears of ACP from the period 09.08.1999 to 14.11.2000 as well as from 15.11.2000 to 31.12.2007. Apart from this, further direction has been sought to the respondents to pay him the arrears of revised salary as per the 6th Pay Commission from April, 2007 to December, 2007 and other benefits which have not yet been accorded to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14522 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 petitioner despite his entitlement.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that several complaints/representations of the petitioner have gone unheeded till date.

This Court, under the aforesaid circumstances deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Director, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall have the facts verified and pass/caused to be passed necessary orders in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
