The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 216 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Husk house of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that recovery has been made from the Husk house, which is situated outside the house of the petitioner, which is accessible to general public.
