The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complaint based allegation reveals that both sides are family members as well as business partners. There is some dispute of accounting of the business.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14710 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, DistrictSitamarhi/Successor Court in connection with Case No.(C1) 85 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
