This application has been filed praying for modification in the memo of parties not only in the pleadings of the writ petition bearing CWJC No.19136 of 2014 but also in the order disposing of the writ petition passed on 23.12.2014. The prayer for modification is made in paragraph 4 of the modification application and in which it is stated that that due
Patna High Court MJC No.1102 of 2015 (2) dt.21-06-2017 to typographical error committed, not only the name of the petitioner no.1 has been wrongly mentioned in the Vakalatnama to read as Shanti Sharan Sharma but even the address of the petitioner no.2 herein who was petitioner no.16 in the writ petition has been wrongly mentioned as H.I.G., Sector-7, Block-3, Flat No.36, Bahadurpur Housing Colony, P.S. Agam Kuan, District- Patna.
A prayer is thus being made to permit appropriate corrections in the memo of parties of the writ petition and consequently in the final order passed thereon disposing of the writ petition on 23.12.2014.
Leave is granted to Mr. Md. Anisur Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners to make appropriate corrections in the memo of parties in the writ proceedings in so far as the name of petitioner no.1 is concerned as well as the address of petitioner no.16 who is petitioner no.2 herein during the course of the day and consequently the final order disposing of the writ petition stands modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner no.1 stands modified to read as 'Shanti Sadan Sharma' in place of 'Shanti Sharan Sharma' and the address of the petitioner no.2 herein who was petitioner no.16 in the writ petition stands modified to read as 'H.I.G., Sector-7, Block-1,

The judgment and order passed in the writ petition stands modified to the aforementioned extent. The modification application is allowed.
