Petitioner has prayed for following relief:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11342 of 2022 dt.10-08-2022 2/3 It is brought to our notice that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal under the provision of Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, which is still pending consideration.

Petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Tribunal seeking interim protection. This he undertakes to do so within two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner would do so within the said period, no further action shall be precipitated.

Needless to add, the appeal shall be heard on merits on the basis of materials available on record. The instant petition sands disposed of in the aforesaid
