The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25301 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 289/2014, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Siwan and he was to surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond within four weeks from the date of order but he could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated period.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6979 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 court below is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.
