JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 In pursuance to the query put forth to the petitioners vide order dated 08.09.2022, a second supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, wherein it has been stated that the records of Sarmera PS case no. 118 of 2016 has been handed over to the Vigilance Department for further investigation and as far as conduct of Special Audit of the various blocks of District Nalanda is concerned, the same has also been conducted qua all the 20 Blocks, hence, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
