The present appeal is by way of third attempt at the behest of the appellant for grant of regular bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under sections 447/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC & ST Act in as much as the earlier appeals filed by the appellant for grant of bail have stood dismissed by various orders passed by this Court.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to renew the prayer of the appellant for grant of bail after framing of charges by the learned

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3778 of 2021(5) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 court below.

The present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
