JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondent authorities to make payment of annual increments since 2001 to 2008, which amounts to Rs. 67557/- may be paid with interest @ 12%. Considering the aforesaid relief, sought for, on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation i.e. the respondent no.2.
The respondent no.2 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16303 of 2015 (2) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 filing of such representation.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
