====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-08-2017 Keeping in view the fact that the appellant has challenged the appointment of Respondent No. 5 in the Collectorate only because she, at some point of time, used to work as his Clerk. The writ court has found that this is the method of harassment adopted by the appellant and dismissed the writ petition with cost of Rs. 5000/-.
Keeping in view the reasons that weighed the Writ Court in dismissing the writ petition, we find no ground to
Patna High Court LPA No.1120 of 2015 (2) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 interfere into the matter.
In view the facts and circumstances, the order of the Writ Court imposing cost is set aside. However, the appellant is warned to be careful in future.
The appeal stands dismissed.
