The appellants are accused in connection with

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2711 of 2022(4) dt.20-01-2023 2/2 Barbigha P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 registered under Sections 147/149/341/323/504 of I.P.C., Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(1)(zac) of SC/ST (prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellants is that appellants are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the appellants. Further he submits that there is case and counter case between the parties.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named appellants be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 in SC/ST Case No. 27 of 2022.
