The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion and high handedness of the police. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of the petitioner came in the present case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Alam. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is a man of

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
