2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 4 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012.

3. A minor child has been raped by the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
