Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who are wife of Shankar Mahto, uncle-in-law and husband of the deceased, and other accused persons is of causing death of sister of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no direct evidence rather petitioners have been made accused only because they are in-laws. Further submission is that case against them has not been found true during investigation but
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17876 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 cognizance has been taken against them and main allegation is against Shankar Mahto.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nayan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
