The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and unmarried Nanad of the deceased respectively. There is no specific allegation against them. Further, he contended that husband of the deceased is already in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3367 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 custody.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Benipur at Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
