Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 448, 324, 326, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that on 24.10.2015 accused persons including petitioner no. 1 Bajrangi Singh and petitioner no. 3 Om Prakash Singh @ Om Prakash Kumar came to the house of the informant and fired on his son and assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Teju Singh and petitioner no. 2 Bisnu Deo Singh took away Rs. 15,000/- by breaking lock. The co-accused Baban Singh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7233 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 and Ram Badan Singh threatened the informant to kill all his family members.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of serious litigated relationship accusation has been levelled. Though, the informant's son has received three lacerated injuries, but all have been found to be simple in nature. Prima facie injuries does not appear to cause by fire-arm. Petitioners' side lodged a case against the informant at earlier point of time. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Dihri (T) P.S. Case No. 493 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri Devesh Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Dihri, Rohtas.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
