The petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 8-9 persons on the point of pistol looted cash of Rs. 17,56,299/- from possession of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner has surfaced in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar Chaudhary. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No test identification parade has been held till date. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2021.
