The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, on 08.03.2021 at 12.45 AM, the informant alongwith other police personnel reached village Koshdihra for the purpose of raid and knocked the door of co-accused Prince Kumar and thereafter, it is alleged that petitioners alongwith other co-accused started pelting bricks upon the police team, as a result of which, some police personnel sustained injury.

No.55543 of 2021(4) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 Petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against them that they pelted bricks upon the police party, as a result of which, some of the police personnel sustained injury. Petitioners have got one criminal antecedent also.
Considering the specific accusation against petitioners coupled with the fact that they have got criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
