2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020 registered under section 406, 420, 467, 768, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have forged the property documents. It is further submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the sale deed in question is of 1998 and the petitioner is in jail since 21.03.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Alamnagar P.S.
