2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24491 of 2025 by this Court, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. It is pertinent to observe that the aforesaid order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner was passed on the basis of declaration given by the petitioner in paragraph 3 of anticipatory bail application stating that the petitioner was not having any criminal antecedent. Even while arguing the case, the petitioner's counsel had submitted that the petitioner had clean antecedent. It is under these circumstances that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail. However, the learned court below has found that the petitioner has criminal

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant relief as prayed for in this modification application and hence, the same is rejected.
