This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner committed murder of her step-daughter, who was already a married lady.
Submission of the petitioner is that brother of the deceased is informant of the case and there is no eye witness of the case.
Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12941 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 G.R. No. 1504 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
