No. 9113 of 2021 submitting his claim for payment of outstanding dues has been rejected in mechanical manner going contrary to the order of this Hon'ble Court and without affording opportunity to the petitioner and against the comfort letter issued by the authority as well and further in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent particularly Respondent No.2 to make payment of outstanding dues for tune of Rupees 25,32,257/- with the statutory interest due to withholding of amount for long time."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition for the same cause of action with better particular. Permission granted.

As and when any such petition is filed, the same shall be processed and listed on priority basis.

The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
