Petitioner has approached this Court for direction to the respondents to provide the certified copy. The Court fail to understand the filing of such application for trivial matter like supply of certified copy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although it was the duty of the authority to supply the certified copy as a matter of course but the reluctance on the part of the respondents, compelled the petitioner to approach

Considering the fact that petitioner has applied for certified copy in case No.03/2012-2013, the authority are under obligation to provide certified copy if not already supplied to the petitioner within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of receipt/ production of the copy of his order, failure on the part of the authority shall be viewed seriously.

With the aforesaid, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
