APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of committing assault with two blows of Dabia on the head of the informant's cousin Afroz Iqubal. It is submitted that in any event, injuries sustained by Afroz Iqubal are simple in nature. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as repeated blows with sharp cutting instrument (Dabia) on the vital part of the body resulting into injuries on the scalp and neck of Afroz Iqubal, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
