JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-08-2017 Keeping in view the provisions of the benevolent scheme in question which does not give any right to the petitioner after he has completed twenty years of age to claim any benefit out of the fund after death of his mother, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. Learned Writ Court has not committed any error in dismissing the writ petition. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
