Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1498 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 2/3 Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. Since the petitioner was working as Clerk under the control of Mr. Deo Chand Jha, hence, he has been implicated in this case. Moreover, co-accused Deo Chand Jha has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32946 of 2020. A Statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
