The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.[A] For issuance of writ/order/direction for setting aside the order dated 06-06-2023 as contained in Memo No- 1221 issued by the Circle Officer, Motihari, District-East Champaran, whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer, Motihari directed the partner of the petitioner to vacate illegal possession in front of Shop No-145

Patna High Court CWJC No.10375 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 otherwise he will be removed in presence of the police personnel.

[B] For issuance of the writ/order/direction commanding the respondent not to disturb the possession of the petitioner from Shop No-145 till the authorities take decision regarding fresh renewal of lease/allotment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
