JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 341, 342, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioners to have fired on the son of the informant causing injury on the leg and the palm, whereas co-accused Sardar Yadav snatched Rs. 25,000/- and co-accused Pintu Yadav snatched golden chain from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though fire arm injury has been found but opinion for the same has been kept reserved. There is counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side also received injuries.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10724 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
