This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 365 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report was lodged on missing of Anjali Kumari. The petitioner and others are under suspicion. The victim-girl, in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, stated that she had love affairs with the petitioner, as such, on the request of the petitioner she had gone along with the petitioner. However, the petitioner did nothing. Considering the statement of the victim-girl, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two
