The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 448,341,387,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown. Petitioner has been remanded from some other case to this case and he is in custody since 02.02.2019.

Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete. However, the petitioner was never put on TIP during investigation nor there is any other material against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.40 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial
