The petitioners are in custody in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 332, 427, 506, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 25.05.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in assaulting the Dr. Vinish

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44658 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Kumar and damaging the several hospital articles. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 .
