2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali dated 24.04.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits, expeditiously, and disposed off within the statutory period.
