Petitioner seeks bail in Tankuppa P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation in the written report that Mukesh Singh caused firearm injury to the son of the informant. It is alleged that this petitioner and other accused were standing in village Pipra near Anganbari Center. Petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41904 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Gaya, in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
