Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Tekari Police Station Case No 239 of 2016 registered under Section 47A of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is submitted that the petitioner is a woman. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari Police Station Case
