Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,341,323,504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant and causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no such occurrence has taken place as no fire arm injury was found on the person of injured.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18791 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
