2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the entire outstanding dues have been paid and hence the writ petition is no longer pressed.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank accepts that an amount of Rs. 2,49,830/- has been paid by the borrower with the
