The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 216, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country made pistol along with three live cartridges is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 27-05-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39142 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2019.
