The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the son of the informant went to the company of the petitioners and thereafter his dead body was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that victim was veteran criminal and there is no specific accusation levelled against the petitioners. Considering the fact that the case was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9279 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 registered in 2010, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 97 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
