01-03-2017 This is the 2nd attempt for grant of anticipatory bail. Sri Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, tried to persuade the Court for entertaining the present petition. However, after noticing the approach of this Court, he subsequently made a prayer for withdrawal of the petition.
