The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

No.497 of 2021(4) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bhadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
