2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Tuntun Das and out of the wedlock, three children were born. It is alleged that daughter of informant was beaten to death by her husband and others and informant was informed on phone that his daughter is seriously ill. Thereafter, informant and his son reached at the matrimonial house of his daughter and found that accused were burning the dead-body of his daughter.
4. Petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. She lives separately. Thrust of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45873 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Co-accused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court vide annexure 2.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 622 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
