2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024 registered for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two criminals looted Rs. 8 Lakh from the salesman of the informant. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired as one of the criminals involved in this crime.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to give the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50843 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 rejected.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today in the Court below. If the petitioner doesn't surrender within two weeks, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga will take all coercive steps for arrest of this petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid direction(s), this application is rejected.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
