2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 32.42 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from spot in a plastic bag.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of other coaccused persons. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the facts of the case , clean antecedent and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge Excise Court No. 1 Buxar in connection with Rajpur Police Station Case No. 128 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
