JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Submission of the petitioner is that in the order dated 04.05.2017 it has wrongly been typed in the second paragraph of the order as "petitioner is languishing in custody" in place of "the petitioner is apprehending her arrest" and in the last paragraph also it should be read as "in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail" in place of "be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond". In the last paragraph it should be incorporated as "subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure".

The order, dated 04.05.2017, is modified to the extent indicated above.
